Klangraum

Klangraum is for records you sit with. The player is a single column: title, elapsed time, and a progress line that does not bounce. Controls appear only when you move, then recede.

We designed the empty states as carefully as the playing state — a sleeve, a room, a pause. Motion is opacity and a few millimetres of rise. Nothing loops for the sake of being alive.

Average session length went up because people stopped fidgeting with the chrome. The product now looks like the music it holds.
